Learning to learn

A few days ago I've finished the course Learning to Learn [Efficient Learning]: Zero to Mastery, by the ZTM academy and Andrei Neagoie. It has rocked my world, literally. I was familiar with some of the principles, techniques and science behind it, but I did not know how to connect all of the dots, and Andrei did it again. For the past two days, I've been re-writing my notes, to make it public on a markdown file which I've uploaded to my repository on GitHub (link attached). I cannot recommend it enough, as it has changed my view on learning and teaching. As a teacher, you want to know the best way to share knowledge and to do so, you need to be a perpetual student. This course has helped me to apply concepts in a uniquely precise way, to boost efficiency and save time.
